Service Manager and Service Apps

EasyVista announces the end-of-life (EOL) for pre-Oxygen versions of Service Manager and Service Apps as of September 30, 2022.

End of support for EasyVista product features

Inventory agent, Discovery

Our inventory agent, Discovery, is no longer maintained since the Oxygen versions.

This functionality has been replaced by the new EasyVista solution, EV Reach. We invite you to contact your usual sales contact for more information.

Service Apps templates

The installation files available on the wiki for the Service Apps templates are no longer maintained in versions prior to Autumn 2020.

We recommend upgrading to the Oxygen+ version to benefit from the latest versions. We invite you to contact your usual sales contact for more information.

Service Manager SOAP web services

Service Manager SOAP web services are no longer maintened since the Oxygen version.

You can still use them but we recommend that you use the Service Manager REST API to take advantage of the latest enhancements and features.

End of EasyVista support: What does this mean for you?

If you keep using pre-Oxygen version of Service Manager or Service Apps after the September 30, 2022, you will no longer receive technical support from EasyVista.

We recommend upgrading to the Oxygen+ version of Service Manager and Service Apps (Oxygen 1.6 – Build 2018.1.119.0 or higher) as it is the best way to keep employees engaged and keep customers connected, plus you can get easier access to Self Help and Service Bots. Together, these technologies allow organizations to easily capture knowledge and share information to users wherever they work –websites, self-service portals, enterprise applications, and virtual agents.
